Patrick Frenking Owner - Builder
Patrick’s career began 15 years ago building LEED certified, new construction homes in the Midwest. In the past 15 years, Patrick has worked on a wide variety of projects from full gut historic renovations, to complex new construction builds.
Since moving to Maine, Patrick has built high performance custom homes all around the southern Maine region.
Margaret van Bakergem Owner -Project Manager
Margaret van Bakergem, MPH, PhD, is a Fitwell ambassador with an early career and academic experiences of public health research from Washington University in St. Louis and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She completed her PhD at North Carolina State University in 2020.
